Thanks to a variety of items and unique products, the Ozark Trade Center Wholesale Warehouse is commemorating its 25th anniversary, Owner Danny Crandell and the late J.D. Dennis started the warehouse in 1991. The business, which is open to retail and wholesale customers, sells tools, flowers and camping equipment, lawn and garden supplies, and much more.
Crandell said he is proud of being able to sustain the business’ longevity because the business has been in the same location for the duration of that time and has continued to thrive. He said reaching the milestone can be attributed to the number of items the store has available.
The main factors in reaching this milestone are “having a variety of products that I have for the people in this area and finding a variety of products and being able to sell them,” Crandell said.
With merchandise continually changing and giving customers different choices, the Ozark Trade Center Wholesale Warehouse has the ability to please customers, not just once, but every time they come into the store. It’s as if someone can walk into the store one day and return the next on a new adventure.
Crandell goes to closeout and trade shows to find items for the store. That is part of what has helped the business succeed through the years.
Another way Crandell offers unique products is through his employees. He said employees Bonnie Moss and Margaret Gray often make arrangements with the warehouse’s silk flowers and bring them to sell. This provides a custom aspect of the business.
At Ozark Trade Center Wholesale Warehouse, repeat customers are common, Crandell said, and they often walk away satisfied and with the production/item were seeking.
The business gives customers an extensive variety while providing the mom-and-pop customer service that is comforting.
